Learn what we believe at Transformation Community Church.
01We believe that the Bible is God’s word given to all mankind. It was inspired by God and penned by human authors. It is without error and the final authority on all matters on which it speaks. We also believe that there is one God, eternally existing in three persons, Father, Son and the Holy Spirit.
02We believe that God created humans to have fellowship with Him. Sin entered the world with Adam and caused separation between God and man. Jesus Christ, the second person of the Trinity, lived a sinless life and offered himself as a ransom for us, dying on a cross. Death was not the end. On the 3rd day He conquered death and rose from the grave and is now the mediator between mankind and God. We receive salvation from our sin, and restoration with God by grace, through faith in Christ who was the substitute for our sin.
03We believe that the Holy Spirit draws people to belief in Christ. We also believe that the baptism of the Holy Spirit is subsequent to our salvation. It is the Holy Spirit who empowers and equips us for personal growth and to live as Christ’s ambassadors in the world as part of His Church.

01In a world that is full of distractions we choose to fix our eyes on Him. We fasten ourselves to His Mission and His Message. (Hebrews 12:2)
02We make no apologies for doing everything we can to connect a broken world to the hope of Jesus. (2 Peter 3:9)
03God gave his best for us and in response we are committed to bringing our best in everything we do. (Colossians 3:23)
04We cannot out give God. With open hands and open hearts, we joyfully give of our time, talent, and treasure. (2 Corinthians 9:6-7)
05We are all-in, leave it all on the line people. We carry a ‘get to’ attitude. We are the thermostat in every room, setting the temperature wherever we go. (Romans 12:11)
06We will do everything we can to protect the unity of this house. We choose to be in Spiritual, Missional, and Relational Unity. (John 17:20 & Psalm 133)
07We believe the greatest way to lead is to serve others. We serve like Jesus served knowing that someone’s eternity hangs in the balance. (Matthew 20:16)
08We honour those we follow, those we lead, and those we serve beside. We are vocal with our honour when talking to others. (Romans 12:10)
Transformation Community Church is part of the Association of Transformation Community Churches (TCC Inc.), established in 2015 as the governing and oversight body for our network of churches and ministry leaders. TCC Inc. supports church planters, pastors, ministry leaders, and churches in transition through spiritual oversight, practical guidance, leadership development, resources, and ministry support. TCC Inc. also provides church affiliation and pastoral credentialing for qualified churches and ministry leaders, creating a framework for accountability, connection, and continued growth. Transformation Community Church is governed and operated under the leadership and spiritual oversight of a team of pastors, bishops, and ministry leaders from Winnipeg and across Canada who are well know to our churches. This structure provides accountability, wisdom, and support for the church’s leadership, mission, and ministry.
